Happy June!

The nice weather is finally here!  With that comes a lot of yardwork and gardening.
Complete Care wants to remind you to maintain proper posture and biomechanics when participating in yard work to minimize back injuries.
Gardening
Ask the Doctors for any tips you may need on proper yardwork posture.

And If you do happen to over-do it, make sure to give us a call so we can ensure you don't get side-lined and you can keep your yard in pristine condition all summer long!

Meet our May Patient of the Month!

Leonard Columbo

"My forearms have been in pain for years. My previous doctor told me I had arthritis and there was nothing I could do about it so I should stop worrying about it. After getting treated by Dr. MacPhee, the pain is nearly gone."

          - Leonard Columbo

We are Happy to Introduce June's Patient of the Month

Peg Hofmann

Peg is the “ideal” patient.  She uses Chiropractic care as her first line therapy for any ailment and always comes in when needed.  She always enters the office with a bright smile and is a joy to be around.  Congrats, Peg!

Congrats to Craig Schnarrs,

the Winner of our 2nd Weight Loss Challenge!

Weight Loss Challenge

Craig lost 12.9% of his total body weight! Coming in a close second was Robert Kahsin, with a 11.9% body weight loss.  However, a big congratulations goes out to all of the Weight loss Challengers--any weight lost is a huge success.  Remember, summer bodies are made in the spring!

Dr. Pryce is offering her 30 minute service for $30!

Stop in and see our Naturopathic Physician, Dr. Samm Pryce. She is offering a consult up to 30 minutes for a single health compaint. Additional concerns or whole health must be addressed at a separate exam or consult.

June is Scoliosis Awarness Month

Scoliosis is a spinal condition in which the spine curves abnormally in the right or left direction. Scoliosis typically starts in children ages 10-15 but can also develop in infants or in adults in some cases.  Scoliosis is typically asymptomatic, however if left unchecked, it can lead to musculoskeletal pain later in life.

In honor of Scoliosis Awareness Month, we will be offering free spinal screenings for your children.  Call to schedule your child's screening to make sure their spine and their posture are properly in line.
